Beeq Warranty for Electric Bicycles

Beeq guarantees that the integrated components of your electric bike’s system are free from defects during the warranty period. If, in the unlikely event that a defect occurs in the components during this period, they will be repaired free of charge.

Free warranty repairs for Beeq e-bikes will only be provided upon presentation of the original invoice and receipts, issued and stamped by the seller and containing the following information:

  • the buyer’s name;
  • the seller’s name and address;
  • the model name and, where applicable, the serial number of the product purchased;
  • the date of purchase.

Beeq reserves the right to refuse to carry out repairs under warranty if the necessary information is incomplete, has been removed or has been altered previously.

In addition, Beeq reserves the right, as an alternative to repairing the electric bicycle or defective product, to replace it with an equivalent product of equal or superior quality.

This warranty applies throughout the European Union.

Warranty period for the electric bike

The warranty period for the Beeq electric bike is three (3) years from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the documents mentioned above. As regards the electric bike’s battery, the warranty is valid for three (3) years or 500 full charge cycles, whichever comes first.
