Which E-bike should I buy?

To figure out what type of E-bike is right for you, your first consideration is to know where you will be riding: on pavement (Urban/Trekking Bikes), dirt trails (Trekking/Mountain) or both.
Additional considerations should include: 
- Range: Riding range dependent on battery and motor options
- Power: Available power dependent on drive system, power and binary of the motor
- Control: Bike control dependent on motor location, torque and speed sensors, frame design and brakes 
- Comfort: Riding comfort dependent on frame design, all components integration and YOU

Where can I test ride a BEEQ E-Bike?

There are multiple ways to try out our bikes. We are present at many international events and have a dealer network ready to help you and enjoy the BEEQ riding experience.

If I try a BEEQ bike and want it, can I buy it straight away?

The test bikes are available for visitors, customers and fans to try out at our events and partners.This means that it is not possible to buy the actual bike that you tested.

Why does BEEQ sell online?

We  sell directly from our online shop at so we can get you the best bikes at the best prices. We offer several delivery options so you can confortably and swiftly get your BEEQ bikes.

Can I buy a BEEQ bike from a local dealer or alternate online platform?

We only sell directly from our online shop at so we can get you the best bikes at the best prices.

You test BEEQ E-Bikes in select partners where they can also assist with the online purchase.

Account & Registration

How do I set up my account?

Registering a BEEQ account is quick and easy. Just select "Login/Register", on the top righthand corner of the BEEQ website and follow the instructions. 

We will only collect the necessary elements to contact you and to personalize your service experience.

Do I need to register to order a BEEQ bike?

To purchase a BEEQ in our shop you will have to register an account. 

The registration process is quick and easy, in the end you will a have a user name and a password that allows us to recognize you and personalize your shopping experience.

Forgot my password, what can I do?

If you can't remember your password follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the login/register area in the top right hadn corner of the page

2. Click in "Click here to recover your password"

3. Introduce your e-mail or ID and then click "Recover Password"

Your new password will be sent to your login e-mail. You should change this password in your user page, in  the personal info section.


Can I customise my BEEQ E-Bike when I order?

All BEEQ bikes are shipped as presented and described – selecting alternative component configurations is currently not possible.

How can I track the status of my order?


Log in into your BEEQ account with the login and password you used to register.

You will be able to see all the orders you have placed so far, as well as their status.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order items, your delivery address and payments methods directly in your shopping cart.
Once an order is placed, we can't make changes to the order. If your payment has not been processed you may still be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

How do I cancel my order?

We are really fast at processing your order, which is why you can’t stop or cancel the order once it is placed. 
Please refuse the delivery instead or return the order.

Payment and Shipping

What payment methods does BEEQ accept?

To make paying for your order as simple and flexible as possible, we support multiple different payment methods. At the end of the checkout process, you can make your choice between credit card, debit card, bank transfer and PayPal. 
If you choose to pay by PayPal you will be redirected to a PayPal safe page to continue payment.
It only takes a few minutes for the payment to clear into our account, so that we can process your order straight away.
In Portugal we also offer the option of credit payment in 18x without interest via our partner Montepio Crédito. Terms and Conditions apply.

Which countries does BEEQ ship E-Bikes to?

We currently ship BEEQ E-Bikes to Portugal and Germany, where we have our network of partners and offer E-Bike Services. 
However we can ship our eBikes anywhere really.

If you import your bike to another country, we cannot assure service partners and support or collect your E-Bike for servicing.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Our selected logistics partners will ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

You can see and calculate your delivery costs in the shopping cart of your order.

- Netherlands - 45,00€

- Germany - 45,00€

Can I have my order delivered on a specific date?

Once your order has shipped we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number and link with the estimated delivery date.

From that point, to get the latest information on your delivery, enter your tracking number on our selected logistic partners website. 

What happens if no one is home when my BEEQ E-Bike is delivered?

If there is no one at your address when your order is delivered, the delivery service will leave a note in your post box.

Your order must then be retrieved from the indicated shipping centre within seven days.

How does store delivery work?

For your convenience, you can choose to have your BEEQ E-Bike delivered at one of our local partners.

The shop will assemble your bike in a professional and certified manner.

How long will delivery take?

After we have transferred your BEEQ E-Bike to our shipping partners, you can expect the following average delivery times*: 

- Germany - 3 to 7 business days
- Portugal - 2 to 5 business days
To get the latest information on your delivery, enter your tracking number on our selected logistic partners website. 
*announced delivery times may vary due to high demand of transport services and other restrictions during the Covid-19 period. 

How much assembly is required when my BEEQ E-Bike arrives?

All BEEQ E-Bikes are assembled, adjusted and test ridden by out expert team of mechanics.

We ship our BEEQ E-Bikes so that minimal assembly is required by you.

Returns and Warranty

What is the BEEQ return policy?

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with BEEQ products you can return unused bikes  within 15 days of receipt in an simples 4 step process.

Return your order in 4 steps:

1. Register your return by clicking the link to the returns contact form below. 
Please be sure to enter your bank account information in the message field so that we can refund your money to an account of your choice. You don't have to do this if you paid with a credit card or via PayPal. 
2. When you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation that your return has been registered.
3. Pack your bike and any accessories you received securely in the original BEEQ Box, stick and enclose a filled-in returns slip.
4. We will then refund your money as soon as we have received and processed your order.

How can I submit a warranty claim?

We believe in the BEEQ riding experience, and is extremely important for us that you remain completely satisfied with your BEEQ E-Bike.

Should issues arise you have 3 years warranty in your E-Bike, and we will be happy to process and resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
