How to choose between an urban e-bike, a touring e-bike and a mountain e-bike?
The choice depends mainly on the intended use:
- Urban e-bike (B400, C500, E850 Urban): daily city trips, commuting, paved routes
- Touring e-bike (E850 Trekking, E900 Crossover, M700 Wild ATB): mixed terrain, cycle tourism, long distances
- Mountain e-bike (M700 Wild, M850, S950): off-road trails, mountain biking, enduro

What do ‘High Step’ and ‘Low Step’ mean in BEEQ models?
High Step refers to the traditional frame with a top tube, which offers increased structural rigidity and is preferred by cyclists who value performance. Low Step eliminates the top tube, making it easier to get on and off the bike, ideal for those who prioritise comfort, ease of use or have reduced mobility. Both frame styles are available on the main BEEQ city models (B400, C500 and E850). Please consult the Size Guide on the website to choose the right frame for your height.
Does BEEQ have any limited edition models?
Yes. BEEQ sells Limited Edition models, currently the C500 Urban High Step Limited Edition and the C500 Urban Low Step Limited Edition, featuring exclusive designs and distinctive premium finishes. Stock of these models is limited. For cyclists who value exclusivity and top-of-the-range design in the urban category, please check current availability in the online shop or contact a BEEQ partner.
Can I compare BEEQ models before deciding which one to buy?
